Apostle Shae Bio
Apostle/ Sr. Pastor Rachea Reece-Peeplez was born December 16, 1969 to Ralph Reece and Joyce Ballou. She is one of four children: two brothers and one sister. She grew up in various parts of Southern California: mostly the Compton/Watts area.
She started work in the ministry, at age 26, once she recommitted herself to the Lord in 1996. She became a member of Greater Works Deliverance Center of Rowland Heights, CA. (Pastor Charles Jackson) from 1996-1998 where she served as assistant choir director and was ordained as youth pastor in 1998. During this time the Lord used her in a beach ministry of poetry and songs. In June 1997, she met her present husband and was married in March of 1998.
In 1998 the Lord lead her to study with World Christianship Ministries of Fresno, CA. and be ordained May 15, 1999 by presiding Bishop Rev. D.E. Mc Elroy. In 1998, she along with her husband founded Rebirth Evangelistic Outreach Ministry Inc. in which they would go within different communities preaching the Word of God, and feeding and clothing those in need. In April 1999, she became a member of United Pentecostal Tabernacle of San Bernardino, CA. (Pastor Eugene Powell) and was appointed Assistant Pastor in June 1999. This position was held until January 2002.
From 1998-2002 she studied at Chaffey Community College where she graduated in June 2001 with a triple Associates Degree (General Education, Liberal Arts and Social Science). During her college stay she served in many capacities: 1) President of the Black Student Union 98-99 2) Associate Students of Chaffey College (ASCC) Vice-President 99-00 3) ASCC President 00-01 4) and held the position of ASCC Commissioner of Finance (01-02). She spent half of the Fall 00 semester a all of Spring 01 pregnant with her third child and still received a 3.6 in the Fall and 4.0 in the Spring. From January of 1999 thru fall 2000, she and other fellow believers started and held a weekly bible study group on campus. . The Lord blessed the endeavor to prosper. At present she is working on her Bachelor of Social and Behavioral Science at Arizona State University; which she will receive in Spring of 2014
After graduation in 2002, God propelled her to go fulltime into the ministry. She and her family were lead to the High Desert. They resided in Victorville, Ca. and became members of Emmanuel Temple, CME Church (Pastor James E. Markham) August 2002. Her outreach ministry continued with weekly feeding the homeless at D Street Park and tutoring and childcare programs for low-income families until May of 2004. She was ordained an Elder by the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church Aug. 18, 2006, after extensive study of the Committee on Ministerial Examination, by Bishop Henry M. Williamson, Sr., 52nd Bishop of the CME Church. She was appointed pastor of New Vision CME Church in Fontana, Ca. where she was until November 2009. She is now residing, with her family in Mesa, Az.
She and her husband are proud to have founded a new and progressive ministry Remnant Outreach Ministries Inc. (ROM). This includes The Next Generation Worship Center International Faith Campuses, Young Xcited Soulz Publishing House and Production Ministries and many other ministries. These ministries are designed to support a hurting community, to deal with this innovative generation of believers through the arts and book publishing for amateur artist and authors. We also offer individual and group personal and marriage counseling/conferences through Sistahs of Sarai (SOS) & Brothas of Abraham (BOA). She is soon releasing her first CD title “NOWHERE 2 GO BUT JESUS” and her book entitled “MY LIFE & TIMES: MODERN LYRICAL PROVERBS”, written by Sistah Solomon (stage name) in the near future.
Apostle/ Sr. Pastor Reece-Peeplez feels that although she has a wonderful family, she and her husband have been blessed with four wonderful children, two special granddaughters and two handsome grandsons; her greatest achievement in life is being chosen by God to be a servant and heir to his throne.
